Quality Recognized! Five Water Well Drilling Rigs Successfully Pass Overseas Customer’s On-Site Acceptance

Recently, a customer from North Africa visited Shandong Beyond Industrial & Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site commissioning and acceptance of five sets of water well drilling rigs. All indicators met the expected requirements. Alex, General Manager of the company, and Cindy, Sales Supervisor, accompanied the customer throughout the entire process. These drilling rigs were designed to high standards from the very beginning. Leveraging the company’s years of practical export experience in the oil drilling sector and relevant water well project expertise, multiple targeted optimization innovations were implemented. The rigs have a maximum drilling depth of 1,000 meters. Each unit is equipped with two hydraulically driven mud pumps and a newly added mud treatment system, together with a dedicated air compressor, allowing flexible switching between mud drilling and air drilling modes. This enables the rigs to adapt well to complex geological conditions. The entire set of equipment is tailor-made according to local climate and geological conditions, capable of meeting various drilling needs including agricultural irrigation, industrial production, and domestic water supply.

During this acceptance inspection, we commissioned each of the five water well drilling rigs on site, and simultaneously completed the on-site acceptance of the complete units, supporting equipment, and accessories. From equipment start-up, drilling operations, to air compressor power supply, every step was precisely operated and explained in detail. During the demonstration, the customer provided practical suggestions based on local usage scenarios, such as control lever layout and lighting settings, which we carefully listened to and promptly optimized on site. The customer spoke highly of the rigs’ stable performance and easy operation.

The successful implementation of this North African project is not only a full recognition of Beyond’s product quality and comprehensive service capabilities in overseas markets, but also a critical step in the company’s steady expansion into the international water well drilling rig market, leveraging its technical advantages and industry experience accumulated in the oil drilling rig sector.
