I. Introduction to 3TP Mud Pump
3TP series mud pumps are designed for oil and gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) construction, water well drilling, coal seam grouting, and other fields.
Adopting the design concept of long stroke and low stroke rate, it uses a lower stroke rate compared to traditional mud pumps at the same flow rate, reducing overall wear on the power end and its components, and improving the pump's overall performance and durability.
· Low stroke rate means fewer reciprocating movements, significantly reducing fatigue and wear on key components such as the power end crankshaft, connecting rods, and crossheads.
· For water well/geothermal well construction, this directly translates to longer continuous operation time and less downtime for maintenance, especially in deep well construction ranging from hundreds to thousands of meters, effectively avoiding schedule delays caused by pump failures.
The power end adopts a three-crank, four-bearing design, providing higher load-bearing capacity and longer maintenance intervals.
