Product Operate Guide

Startup Preparation

Check hydraulic oil level (ensure it’s within the standard range) and fuel volume. Start the engine, idle for 3-5 minutes, and confirm the control panel displays normally. Adjust the rig’s balance, then use the hydraulic system to install the drill bit tightly.

Parameter Setting

On the control panel, set drilling diameter (300-1200mm) and target depth (200-500m) based on the project. Adjust hydraulic torque (max 13,000N·m) according to the stratum (e.g., increase for hard rock ≤250MPa).

Drilling Operation

Press the start button to begin drilling. Monitor real-time speed (10-15m/h for medium-hard rock) and slag discharge. Activate the hydraulic automatic shackle to connect/disconnect drill pipes quickly. Pause and clean residues if blockages occur.

Shutdown & Maintenance

After reaching the target depth, press "Stop" and idle the engine for 5 minutes. Turn off the power, clean the drill bit and slag discharge system. Check hydraulic components for leaks, and refill hydraulic oil/fuel for next use.
