Casing is a critical tubular product used to line the walls of drilled wells, providing structural support and protecting the wellbore from collapse, formation fluid intrusion, and contamination. Installed in sections (surface casing, intermediate casing, production casing), Casing isolates different geological formations, prevents fluid migration between zones, and creates a secure pathway for drilling fluids and production fluids. Our Casing stands out for its exceptional quality and performance-driven design. We adhere to rigorous Chemical Composition control, with stricter limits on phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) than required by API Spec 5CT, reducing brittleness and improving corrosion resistance. The Steel Grade options—J55, K55, N80, L80(13Cr), P110, etc.—are selected for their tailored Mechanical Properties, including optimized Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, and elongation, ensuring compatibility with diverse well conditions. For corrosion-prone environments, our L80(13Cr) grade offers enhanced resistance to sour fluids. The Dimensional Precision of our Casing is unmatched, with tight control over outer diameter, wall thickness, and End Processing Form (plain end, non-upset, external upset, thread and coupling, integral joint) to ensure secure connections and leak-proof performance. Additionally, our Casing exceeds API toughness requirements, minimizing the risk of failure under downhole pressure and temperature fluctuations.
